Placing Third in the Western Division in the ‘Traditional Pizza” category, at the International Pizza Challenge in Las Vegas 2023. Bit of Italy takes their food seriously. From slow cooked Marinara, creamy Alfredo to their Giardiniera ( a spicy Chicago relish) you’ll want to eat with a fork. A Bit of Italy is an intimate little Ristorante, with BIG Flavor and a big heart. Just off the corner of 12th and 2nd in downtown Nampa, you’ve seen it, but have you tasted it?! It's a welcome spot for lunch, and they understand time counts when you're on the clock. So call-it in, and pick it up, they’ll get it right! Calzones, Hot Sandwiches and homemade soup are lunchtime favorites. Come back a few times, and you’ll likely run into Peter who’s the owner and chef behind the scenes. This small spot is a local's date night favorite that won't disappoint. The regulars rave about the hand tossed pizzas, Lasagna and homemade rolls!
